Best Thing Since Sliced Bread

Every Wednesday and Friday between now and the holidays, Foxy G’s Den of i-KNIT-quity will be featuring gifts that are great deals – based on creativity, function, labor and cost.  Today’s great deal is a blue and gray unique T shirt yarn, bead and lace necklace from threepeats:

Unique T Shirt Yarn Bead and Lace Necklace Blue and Gray

Instead of vintage chain, Suzanne has used recycled cotton T shirt “yarn” to connect vintage plastic beads, a curl of vintage lace and handmade felted wool beads.  Because the yarn is stretchy, this 25” long, lightweight necklace slips on over your head.

None of threepeats’ T Shirt Necklaces is more expensive than $24, which is what many stores charge for machine-made necklaces that are void of personality and look just like everyone else’s!  When you purchase one of threepeats’ designs, you are getting a unique, handmade piece fashioned from recycled materials.  Add in her effort, labor and love, and you’ll soon see why this is the best thing since sliced bread!

  2. These are fabulous. Looks like the perfect way to add a little pizazz to the t-shirt and jeans outfit.
